Penny L Fink, 43, of Harford, PA passed away, Sunday, March 20, 2022. Penny was born September 19, 1978, in Binghamton, NY, the daughter of Douglas and Sandra K. (Harvey) Fink.

She was employed as a Caregiver.

Penny loved the outdoors. Her favorite activities were bonfires and sleigh riding, barbeques, picnics, and quad riding. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Penny was a tissue donor.

In addition to her Mother, Sandra (Harvey) Fink, her survivors include Son, Dylan Bickford of Forest City, PA and Sister, Cynthia Fink of Harford, PA.  She is predeceased by her Father, Douglas Fink.

Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday, March 24 at the Funeral Home
