Carl L. Bufford, 63, of Montrose, PA passed away, Wednesday, December 29, 2021. Born July 22, 1958 in Muncy, PA, the son of the late Robert L. and Effie M. [Nickles] Bufford.

He retired from Covenant Computers as a Computer Technician in Nov 2021.

He was a member of Elisha's Home and Ministries.

Bufford Carl retired from the Army in July of 1980.

Survivors include wife, Jujuan Bufford of Montrose, PA, son, Nicholas R. Bufford, daughter, Sheena M. Bufford Smart, brothers, Terry Bufford (Bonnie), David Bufford (Maryanne) and Jeffery Bufford (Michelle) and sisters, Diane Clark (Bill) and Doris Muiller (Brad).
