Edward C. House, Sr., 78, of Montrose, PA passed away, Friday, March 26, 2021. Born November 2, 1942 in Summerville, NJ, he was the son of the late Stanley and Cora [Davis] House.
He was a mechanic and owned and operated by Ed's Automotive Repair.
He enjoyed his family, fishing and the outdoors.
He enjoyed kicking back with a glass of blackberry brandy, and as he calls it, a porkchop in a can (aka coors light, but only if the mountains are blue)
Survivors include his wife, Terry, sons and daughter-in-law, Edward C. House, Jr. [Kathy McGinley] of Bethlehem, PA, Chris R. House of Montrose, PA, and his adopted son Zachary House, daughters, Cheryl House Whitmore of Bloomsbury, NJ, and Lisa House of Montrose, PA, grandchildren, Halle, Tyler, Johnny, Danny, Daniel, Lexis, & Emily, a great-granddaughter, Claire, a sister, Linda Danielson of Poultney, VT, his buddies, Matt, Ron, and Dave and his dog, Boots.
Visitation: 6:00 - 8:00 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
