Felix P. (Sonny) DelSordo, 72 of Montrose PA passed away on December 21, 2018 at his home after an extended battle with lung cancer. He was born on May 14, 1946 in Philadelphia, PA.
He was the son of the late Felix and Lillian DelSordo. He is survived by his wife Joanne of 24 years. His brother in law and sister in law Michael & Debra Russell of Brackney Pa. and nieces and nephews Allison, Angela, Michael, and George Russell all of Brackney Pa. and several cousins and special friends.
He was an automotive electronic specialist with a passion for classic muscle cars, 50s music, trains and the Railroad. He received multiple awards and honors for his excellence and knowledge in the automotive industry. He was always willing to share his knowledge and abilities with friends, families and colleagues. He was a Military veteran, a member of the American Legion Gardenr-Warner Post #154, Montrose, Pa,the Historical Railroad Museum, and the Pontiac Car Club.
He had a passion for excellent cooking and preparing holiday meals for his family.
Services: 11:00am Saturday, December 29th at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Silver Lake, PA 18812 (St.Brigid’s Parish) on Church Road.
Visitation: Saturday 9:00 until time of service at the church
