Alice was born on January 11, 1921 to Edith and Shirley Stephens in Brooklyn, Pennsylvania. She was the second of 6 children.
She attended Montrose schools and graduated in 1938. At fifteen she met Art Clink, a handsome man who knew how to dance very smoothly. Alice and Art were married for 58 years until Art died in 2000. They enjoyed dancing most weekends and every year took a trip to New York City with friends for a long weekend of Broadway shows and nightclubs.
Alice is survived by her three children, Marsha Clink, Elnora Cameron, and Rolland Stephans, granddaughter Valentina Stephans, special friend Rosemary Rosengrant, beloved younger sister Barbara Squier, and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Virginia Traver for her conscientious care of Alice in the last year of her life, as well as her neighbors, family members and long-time friends who continued to visit, call, and help her.
Funeral services will be held at the Springville United Methodist Church on Friday, May 11th. Visitation begins at 1 pm, and funeral services begin at 2 pm. Internment will be in the Lynn Cemetery following the funeral service.
